We roast to order. Be that for our webshop or wholesale customers. Our current roasting days are every Thursday and Friday. Operating this way allows us to implement our refined quality control procedures of profiling and cupping each new coffee that we buy, ensuring maximum quality and freshness.
We operate using this roasting schedule to ensure you receive each of our coffees in their optimum state for brewing. Our coffee tastes best at least two days from their roast date and within three weeks of roasting. The roast date will always be present on each of our bags.
