~ ROASTING POLICY

We roast to order. Be that for our webshop or wholesale customers. Our current roasting days are every Thursday and Friday. Operating this way allows us to implement our refined quality control procedures of profiling and cupping each new coffee that we buy, ensuring maximum quality and freshness. 

We operate using this roasting schedule to ensure you receive each of our coffees in their optimum state for brewing. Our coffee tastes best at least two days from their roast date and within three weeks of roasting. The roast date will always be present on each of our bags.

~ REFUND POLICY

Returns Policy

Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable good we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our Customer Service team and Head of Coffee, as applicable. Please contact us by email at info@laggerscoffee.com in this instance. We will then work with you to resolve the issue

Cancellations

Recurring subscriptions

Please note that our recurring subscriptions (i.e. those that have automatic repeat payment) can be cancelled at any time either by doing so within your account online, or contacting our Customer Service team at info@laggerscoffee.com detailing ‘CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION’.

 

~ SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

~ TERMS & CONDITIONS

If payment fails for a recurring subscription, we will attempt to take the payment from the nominated card again two days later up to a total of three times. If this final attempt fails we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please note that your coffee will not be roasted and dispatched until payment is processed. Your subscription date will then reset to the day the successful payment was taken.
